1. Payment
We accept Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and MobilePay. There is no card fee, except 2.95% when using corporate cards.
2. Delivery
We ship with PostNord or DAO throughout Denmark, 1-3 business days. Free shipping on purchases over 800 kr to parcel shops. Under 800 kr: 39 kr (DAO) / 49 kr (PostNord) to parcel shops. Home delivery costs extra. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
3. Withdrawal and returns
14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Notify us via info@reservedelpilleovn.dk. Partial returns are possible, but shipping is not refunded, and you pay the return shipping yourself. Returns to Klejsgårdvej 19A, 7130 Juelsminde. We do not collect from parcel shops.
4. Complaints
24-month right to complain pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, however 6 months for wear parts such as igniters.
5. Complaints procedure
The person responsible for complaints is director Lars Sørensen. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk, nh@naevneneshus.dk.
